Ordered Tory Burch Mcgraw Band For Apple Watch that is not available in Singapore. Phillis kept me updated with the status of my order and made sure that the item arrived safely. Thanks Phillis and Big Apple Buddy team for the great service!

Good first experience with BAB. A bit pricey to be honest but money well spent IMO with almost immediate update upon purchase plus constant follow up. As a bonus, received my purchase ahead of schedule. Not much else I could have asked for. Well done!

Good customer support, a bit on the pricy side (dependant where you are in the world). Overall great experience

I did place order at night 23:30( Vancouver ), around 6-7 hours late I decided to cancel my order. They still charged me $50 as a service fee plus credit card surcharge, if you guys really purchased I did accept, but when I ask them to provide me the copy of the receipt, guess what they refused! what kind of service you guys provided? This was not the North America Custemer service standards, it is rip off though!

Very fast service, everything went really smooth from the placing the order to the delivery. The customer service is also excellent, giving you updates through out the entire process. Perfect when you want to order things that aren't available in your country.

This is my 3rd purchase through bigapplebuddy and I am sure it won't be the last. Phillis and the team are not only professional, friendly and always provide best in class service but also provide me a way out in purchasing items that are not available in my region sooner after they are offered to the market at the best prices possible. I have recommended their services to several other friends who have also been impressed with the items and speedy delivery. All the best for many years to come

I recently placed an order from France for a Rachio irrigation controller. It was my first time using Big Apple Buddy and I was impressed by their service. The order process was simple and their delivery was fast and efficient. From online order to delivery at my home in France was only 9 calendar days. I think the BAB service is excellent and I would not hesitate to use it again. Thanks!
