Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Big Apple Buddy service is excellent from start to finish. Phillis and team are incredibly responsive, providing clear and helpful information throughout the service. I have had many problems with couriers in the past, but in this case the DHL service was exceptional as well. I had duty to pay for my health supplements, when I paid that online I got my package delivered within an hour. By Malaysian standards, it felt as if The Flash had picked it up and brought it to our doorstep!

Really great service and fast delivery times even to europe. No 4-6 weeks as some of the overseas shops. 2 weeks at max and delivered on time! Perfect!

Very clear, direct and friendly system. Delivery was on time and I got regular updates. I highly recommend it.

Love it! Survise good and obiactive. Order come it super fast! 👌💯

I'm very happy with my Linksys Atlas 6E I got from Big Apple Buddy; paid with Wize, got the order in about a week with a hand written thank you note. I'll definitely deal with them in future if I can't find what I want in Canada.

Received my Canada Goose item in perfect condition. The original box was beautifully preserved inside a cardboard box. Will definitely order from Big Apple Buddy again.

I Wanted to try Tula products that are not available in Australia. I was so surprised at how fast my products got to me and in a great condition. Will certainly be ordering again!

I was looking for a product not available in Europe. The team couldn't have been more helpful and double checked a number of questions I had around the differences between US and Eur sizing. The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
