Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

5 stars end to end. I was worried after a recent eBay purchase went sour trying to buy the same Miku pro baby monitor and as a result spent a lot of time reading Big Apple Buddy reviews online. I can attest these guys offer a fantastic service. From the moment I purchased the process was quick, smooth and nothing but professional. I highly recommend Big Apple Buddy. I will definitely engage their services again if I need products from the USA. Thanks to Phillis and the team for the communication and service that was provided throughout the process and thank you for delivering our Miku baby pro monitor safely.

My first time using this type of service . Everything ordered arrived in good condition and in good time. Worth the service charges in my opinion. And I will be using this service again

I Agree with their terms to ship almost anything internationally but if you see the end quote you get a stroke as they impose service fee for purchasing the goods externally and then shipping cost was unbelievable plus once its reaches my country i need to pay VAT charges !

Highly recommend this guys, very trustworthy, highly responsive and good prices!

I was so grateful to find a trustworthy company that could deliver to Australia. Definitely a buddy for the world. Thank you.

My product arrived earlier than expected. The service was excellent. Will definitely use it again.

Great overall customer experience. The website was easy to use, sufficient information provided and instruction was clear. Delivery was relatively fast and trackable. Item came well packed with a hand written personalized card (which was a nice touch). Also there was a follow up email to ensure that item was received in good order. Will use their service again.

I received my Kate Spade bag quickly and in excellent condition. I was impressed by Big Apple Buddy's service. Will recommend to my friends!
