Terrible service, terrible support
They took my order for an expensive bike which I paid for to be shipped to my home in CO. I get an email 2 days later that they don't ship to CO and that I should come to San Diego and pick it up! I askedtocancelmy order and have not heard from them. AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Great store, impressed.
Placed order for several different products and recieved them in a couple of weeks. I think that that was good considering the state of the union at the moment. Received everything as promised and advertised.I received good deals and will order from here again :).

Poor communication. NO responses
The fact that you can easily finance any bike is great! Because bikes can be quit expensive. But The customer service has awful response time. There’s no phone number to call it’s all via email or “chat” but half the time they never respond. I’ve been trying to get a bike for about a week and two days and I just keep getting one word replies and no response for a few days afterwards they must not want business
