The WORST. Ordered expensive biking shorts. After two weeks asked what was taking so long. Week later asked again. They finally tell me the shorts were sent from another warehouse a week plus late and then weren't delivered and were being sent back. I asked to send a sep pair for a an important race coming up. 1. We need to receive the shorts back 2. We need to understand why they weren't delivered (whose fault was it?) 3. We can't order another pair until we see the merchandise. On and on 4 weeks later and excuse after excuse, no help rectifying and zero accountability, and no apology. How difficult "sorrry they were shipped 2 weeks late and then misplaced no problem will send a pair to the new address". Never again!!

This place is horrible. They never answer the phone and they take forever if ever to ship product. Will never buy from these clowns again.

They consistently lied to me about when my order would ship. They only shipped it after I threatened to have the bank do a chargeback. I will never, ever use this place again. There are plenty of other vendors that don't lie.

I ordered men’s padded cycling shorts and it was my fault I ordered a size too small. I contacted them to request an exchange offering to pay shipping both ways since it was my mistake Unfortunately they don’t offer exchanges. Only refunds. With a restocking fee. Ok my error I’ll order a size larger and move on. I mailed my shorts and didn’t hear from anyone. I reached out and was told by Kathleen they hadn’t received them but I would be notified when they arrive by email. I asked Kathleen why does UPS show they were received a week prior? When I questioned them it was deflection time. Oh our receiving department is backed up and they will notify me by email when the item is received and the refund will be processed. I then receive a cryptic email showing one of their employees name with the last 4 of my credit card. This was their way to say the refund was already issued. There was no attempt at recovery from a frustrated customer or even an apology. It’s a very odd way to conduct business and I’m a very active cyclist with lots of friends. I won’t be shopping with them again.

What a scam and sh** show they canceled my order and refused to refund me and Kathleen is such a crybaby completely unprofessional I would never recommend anyone to shop here stay far far away

Refused damaged Ebike shipment they refunded 80% leaving me with a $1036 bill owed to Affirm/Shop Pay. They lied to Affrim about not getting the bike back on July 20, and only partiality refunded me after the dispute was closed based on their lie, and I sent them the UPS proof, all 13 days after they got the bike and never acknowledged it.
