Was skeptical due to the low prices, and bad trust pilot score, but after doing further research theyve been around for a long time and seem to have a good reputation in the biking community. I ordered a bike and it arrived at my doorstep 2 days after, very happy with my purchase.

Fraud stay away

They are dishonest about items in stock. They put me off for days saying they just had to pull the parts from their warehouse. Turns out they order your stuff from the manufacturer and then reship it to you. Cut out the the middle-person and order it direct yourself. You'll get it twice as fast.

Refused damaged Ebike shipment they refunded 80% leaving me with a $1036 bill owed to Affirm/Shop Pay. They lied to Affrim about not getting the bike back on July 20, and only partiality refunded me after the dispute was closed based on their lie, and I sent them the UPS proof, all 13 days after they got the bike and never acknowledged it.

Bicycle Warehouse took ten days to put the order into shipping. I still don't have the items after 2 weeks from placing the order, and tracking shows the earliest arrival will be at least 3 more days from now.
