A bike I recently purchased through Bicycle Warehouse went on sale hours after I had purchased it. I called and they were happy to honor the lower price, which was awesome. Carlos is top notch communicator and made sure I felt good about my purchase.

I haven’t received my new bike yet but the ordering process was smooth, and the timely responses have been great whenever I have a question.

First time buyer and i was rushing these store staff/mechanics in the Chula Vista, Bicycle warehouse, Roman, Rene and Carlos, thank you for helping my Bike ready, I know i constantly messaging and bug the hell out of you guys, LOL, the bike is good, the speed is more than i need.

The WORST. Ordered expensive biking shorts. After two weeks asked what was taking so long. Week later asked again. They finally tell me the shorts were sent from another warehouse a week plus late and then weren't delivered and were being sent back. I asked to send a sep pair for a an important race coming up. 1. We need to receive the shorts back 2. We need to understand why they weren't delivered (whose fault was it?) 3. We can't order another pair until we see the merchandise. On and on 4 weeks later and excuse after excuse, no help rectifying and zero accountability, and no apology. How difficult "sorrry they were shipped 2 weeks late and then misplaced no problem will send a pair to the new address". Never again!!

They were very quick to answer my question.

Kathleen on the customer service chat was really fast to respond to my inquiry on a price and was really pleasant and accommodating. Would buy from them again!

While there were a few small issues, the BW staff handled them adroitly, quickly and satisfactorily. I would order from them again (and I have). From my perspective, they are a firm trying very hard to please the customer and they have succeeded (not once, but twice). Kudos to the BW staff.
