What a horrible experience. I ordered 2 jerseys and a bib 4/1. It took 35 days to get my one jersey and bib. 63 days later I still have not received my other Jersey. I have emailed them countless times and it takes days to get back to me. They avoid all my questions and keep telling me Its on its way. Per their policy you are entitled to your money back if you have not received your product within 45 days. They will not answer me this question when I cite their own policy to them. To top if off, the bib already has a hole after one use. They offered me a 15% refund. I asked for a replacement and again they avoided my question. I would order from primal. It took all of 3 days to order , ship and receive my items. So disappointed with BB. They have essential stolen my money.

The jerseys fit amazing and the bib shorts are really comfortable. The quality is incredible, the materials are light, the colours and design are just as in the pictures. The customer service is as well incredible, they are fast and friendly on any inquiry. Only thing to consider before buying is the shipping time, but it is worth the wait.

I loved the designs of the jerseys and ordered two along with some bibs. With the purchase, I got a free pair of sunglasses with my order. About a week and a half later, all my clothes showed up…no glasses. The website says the phones are manned 24/7…Nope. I called, got voicemail, and left a message. Then I sent an email about the problem. My feature email said I could call between 9am and 5pm eastern time. I originally called at 945. Then I saw there was online chat…I was informed that my chat would be responded to in a few minutes. Nope. I just tried calling again…110pm eastern, I still get voicemail. VERY disappointed in customer service

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. Ordered three pairs cycling glasses. Rec’d 2 but it took two months. When I inquire about the missing third pair, cs(if you can call it that) says I must file a claim with my post office before they can do anything. My post office says I cannot because the issue is not delivery—they did not ship one pair. The glasses I rec’d are tremendously poor quality. Do NOT order from this company!

Item took 2 months to show up. No email updates on progress, but tons of promotional emails to buy more stuff. Quality of product was disappointing (expensive for the quality). I don't relish leaving a negative review, but I can not recommend .

I bought photochromic professional cycling glasses. They were extremely poor quality, and a very large and protruberant temples (ear pieces) which make use with a helmet very uncomfortable. Then the cheap plastic frames broke when attempting a lense change. No returns allowed unless they make a mistake. Take your business elsewhere to a company with good quality and a good returns policy. Update; per the auto reply, customer service never did contact me. I contacted them again and they did not respond.
