Got two jerseys and a bib - love them! The fabric is really nice, they fit well and as expected, and arrived pretty quickly. The designs are awesome and always get “cool jersey” comments!

I ordered my first jersey from Bicycle Booth. The fit of the jersey was perfect and loved the feel of the material. The jersey was delivered on time with no issues. I received several emails on the status of the order as well as a follow up email after it was received. Wil definitely order more jerseys from Bicycle Booth and recommend them to my cycling friends.

The products ordered were defective or poorly made. However, BB agreed to refund me after I paid the shipping to return the item. Unfortunately, 18 days after they received the product and many, many emails, I kept getting the same canned answer..."I have contacted our accounting department and you will be receiving a refund..." I have over 30 emails with their customer service department and ONLY after I indicated I would be contacting my credit card company and Facebook, did a refund get issued. I will NOT be buying anything from this company ever again.

The issue I had with this order was simply that the garment I ordered and paid for is not the one I received. Bottom line - if you offer to customise a garment and charge for it, you should give your customers what they paid for.
