I was scammed by this site. Of the six jerseys I ordered: only one was acceptable; two were the incorrect size; one was defective; one was missing a graphic; and one was the incorrect colour. The vendor provided a post office box as a return address and then claimed that they could not process the return until the jerseys were received by their warehouse. The vendor never went to the post office to collect the package and it was sent back to Canada Post as undeliverable mail. The vendor never responded when asked for the warehouse (if it even exists) address. So, not only am I out the cost of products, I am out the cost of the postage that the vendor promised to reimburse. The vendor never answered emails promptly. Communications appeared to be form letters that did not always address questions asked or details of the refund/replacement request . If anyone has the misfortune to purchase from this vendor, start your claim with PayPal or your credit card company before contacting the vendor to ensure that your claim is registered before the claim time limit expires. PayPal denied my claim as it was submitted after 30 days of product receipt.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. It's been 58 days and the product still hasn't arrived. The phone number to call doesn't go through and the tracking number provided leads to a dead end. Repeated emails back and forth with the company have not solved the issue. The website states refunds are given if products are not received within 50 days. It's been 58 days and they refuse to provide a refund. 0/10 for service. Do not order from Bicycle Booth

Almost 4 weeks since I placed my initial order and a shipping label still hasn’t been created. I’ve been back and forth with customer service, who keeps telling me “don’t worry! You will get it soon! We will ship it soon! We are just undergoing some production changes!” Well, if that’s the case then let your customers know shipping will be delayed. After reading reviews, delays are their number 1 problem, so I highly doubt production changes are actually happening. I finally just asked to cancel my order and refund but they told me “it’s too far into production for a refund.” So I went to my credit card company to dispute this and to block any further payments they may try to make from my card (I was on a Sezzle pay plan). Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I ordered a kit from them and paid in advance. After 4 weeks I received an email that the kit is ready and will soon be sent to me. This is now more than 4 weeks ago. I contacted them via email and got a response that they apologise for the delay and will provide an update soon. But nothing happened, my further emails are ignored. I have no idea whether I might get an update, whether I will get the kit delivered, or what. I fear the company is a fraud, and I discourage ordering from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a jersey as a gift for a friend. Their sizing chart is completely off, and the jersey did not fit. Friend contacted the company about an exchange, they said they could do it but friend had to cover postage. Long story short, they refused delivery of the package, wasting friend's $$$$ for postage etc ON TOP of what I paid.

This company is horrible. they do not answer their phone. i spent over 1.5 hours on hold and got disconnected and never talked with anyone. i have sent many emails about my order and no updates. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are TERRIBLE

I ordered a cycling jersey over a month ago and I am still awaiting delivery. They keep coming up with excuses. I do not trust this company and do not recommend them. Buyer beware!

I ordered five sleeveless XS FEMALE jerseys that, upon arrival, were anything but XS. In fact, they were substantially wider and longer than the MED FEMALE jerseys I had previously ordered from BB. I ordered the mediums on different occasions a few years ago, got what I expected and LOVED them. Tons of compliments. But I lost enough weight that I now needed the XSs. You can CLEARLY see from the attached photos (on each BB jersey review on the BB website) that 19 inches for an EXTRA SMALL jersey is hella wider than the 17 inches of my medium jersey. Ditto exactly for the other jerseys. You can CLEARLY see that I ordered XS FEMALE sizing and the jerseys are stamped as such. What I got was more like a men's large. They are all TOO EFFING big. It would have been disappointing if BB's ERROR in manufacturing these resulted only in my missing getting to wear them on an important week-long endurance ride. I was really looking forward to showing them off. But, as of this writing on June 19, more than TWO MONTHS later, BB and its agent "Christopher T" have still not sent me replacements. I have traded a ton of emails with "Christopher T" and had to send him email after email of each jersey with its measurements and the effing label big only to be told AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN that they are "consulting" with the team to determine what happened. Y'all? IDGAF about what happened. It's obvious that WHAT happened is the shirts got made too big or the already too big shirts got mislabeled. IDGAF. I just want my $179's worth of jerseys in XS Female in the effing mail. At this point, I have ZERO percent confidence that BB is going to fix this. This half Canadian-half Chinese company is going to drag me along until I give up. So, I do. Or I will. But not until I have dragged this company's name through the mud at on every international cycling club-page-group I belong to, written these reviews, slammed them on TrustPilot, filed complaints at the Canadian version of the Better Business Bureau and whatever-the-f--- else I can think of doing because I'm a teacher on summer break with plenty of time on my hands and a huge f---ing grudge.
