Do not buy from this company. The order goes to China and they then send you cheap bad fitting crap. It does not say when you purchase that the items are custom made coming from China so trying to return the items will not happen. They also do not respond to emails or answer the phone. Have tried calling and emailing. I believe all the positive reviews are fake. TOTAL SCAM - I will be refuting the charge on my credit card

I don’t understand the bad reviews. The jacket I ordered was to small, they make the exchange without asking question, they paid for the return, they kept me posted at every moment of the shipping process until I was 100% satisfied. I think with the COVID they might have some issues but everything seems to be fine now.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. UPDATE #2: DAYS WITHOUT REFUND = 34 DAYS. This business is based overseas and don't care about providing customer service. They mislead customers regarding shipping times and product quality. You will receive poor quality items after waiting a ridiculous amount of time to receive your items. Forget about receiving any sort of refund for your items. You will get the run around from their "customer service department" regarding your refund that will never come. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. If you've already purchased from them, leave the worst reviews everywhere you come across Bicycle Booth. Better yet, file a chargeback with your credit card conpany and leave this company with the penalities. You would be within your right because I can guarantee you will not receive the product or service that you paid for.

All companies have experienced disruption in their supply chain due to Covid. this is the one company that provided communication and updates throughout the delivery process. I will be ordering again real soon.

Bought some cycling sunglasses with the prescription part added. Wore them 3 or 4 times after they had the [prescription inserted and the plastic insert broke. Contacted Bicycle Booth, they replied back but still waiting for a response back from them after 2 weeks. If this si the slow service you get, I definately won't be buying anything else from them or recommend them to anyone else. My honest opinion is that if you are thinking of buying anything, go pay a bit more elsewhere because if you run in to a problem, they wont rush to get it sorted. -------------------------------- A quick edit to the review. So yesterday i recieved a new plastic insert. No communication from customer services or anything to say that a new insert was being sent out . So when it came it was a surprise. however, despite giving them the order number so they know what glasses I bought, they sent out the incorrect insert that does not fit these glasses at all. ------------------------------------------------------------- Update 2 So here is the response I got back "We truly apologize for this matter. As much as we wanted to send you another insert we are unable to do so since we no longer have that insert available on our end. We apologize if discount is all that we can offer as of this moment." So they manufactured glasses with cheap inserts that break easily. Knew all about it and it looks like they went and said screw the customers that have already bought these cheap glasses, they can just buy another pair. I stand by my statement that if you want good customer service and quality. This is not that company. It takes them weeks to communicate back as they seem to be the middle man. I have bought stuff elsewhere and if you have a problem then they have been much more quicker to respond and you always feel like a valued customer. Obviously cycling glasses with prescription inserts are not easy to come by and saw their ad and thought I'd give them a try. Well, they definitely haven't converted a customer. Top priority customer service and replacement might have made me a customer but to be offered a discount on my next order is just insulting. These people either don't know what customer service/satisfaction is or they just don't care as long as they get your money.

AMAZING experience. Have been shopping around at different places and have been consistently disappointed in buying experience before Bicycle Booth. Online shopping was easy, gear was good value and looks amazing. I also made a mistake in my order and they had it fixed in no time and made it super easy. 10/10 would recommend. Will be buying all gear from here.

Customer Service (Cheng) at its best as far as after sale is concern. Really attended to my queries & request promptly.
