Our dogs loved the taste of the meal topper and allergy chews, but unfortunately, we did not notice a change in our dogs…maybe their allergies are too severe. The orders were timely and when we needed to cancel, it was taken care of quickly.

Well first of all I started with the allergy relief one more for spring summer, she loved them first try. They helped with her Itching and coat was very surprised. Then they came out with the dental multivitamin Chews those were the game changer for her breath getting much better And she would eat those first before her treat. So I say she loves them so we're happy thank you.

I appreciate the email reminders that give me an opportunity to delay my monthly order and the updated email that my order is being shipped. They make things very clear and I feel the company is extremely honest which is rare these days. The products have truly made a huge difference in my 14 year old dogs life. We now have her off the prescription allergy medications which had side effects and risks for her. We LOVE Better Wild. Thank you so much.

Shipping is a NIGHTMARE!! Even autoship. I set it up for a certain date and on that day I'm charged. Then it takes 2 to 3 days for whoever to get the order than another 4 to 6 days for it to be sent out. It's delivered about 5 days after that. There's NO customer service phone number to call. Only an email address. Now to the product. At first it seemed to be working well, but there were times my dog's would have to go up to 2 weeks without any product. Then you have to start all over. This happened MULTIPLE times. It's taken a LONG, LONG time to get the shipping issue taken care of. We settled it by having to order 2x more than we need. We do still have the dogs on it, but one dog is having ISSUES with the bad itching again. I'm looking at something else for her and maybe keeping the other dog on it. I would not recommend this product or if you do, order 3x more than you need. Even when we did that ( my husband started an order with a different card and in his name alone ) we still had a problem. It's making me pick a date of the issue. The issue took many months in 2025 to resolve.

Your product has been so helpful to control my dog ( Rudy) s itchy butt.😁 And I appreciate it. The only inconvenience is I now have a stockpile of 3 month supply and it keeps coming. I don’t understand the shipping process but the product is definitely helping.

We've been using Betterwild since mid November 2025 and I really am amazed at the results for my Bella! No more constant scratching; no more red, inflamed skin; no more chewing on her paws and, best of all, no more constant ear infections! Thank you guys, really!!
