I was sent food my dog doesn’t eat. I only wanted meat. No turkey or chicken. Otherwise all was fine. I can’t remember whether your ingredients contain the entire animal bone, inners, etc. Do I need a hunters processor?

Just purchased. Both beagles turned their noses on product and would not eat!!! That’s a Beagle not wanting a treat is unheard of. I had to smother it in their Farmer’s dog food in order for them to eat it.

I love the product, told my vet that I use your product when Emily gets to chewing on paws and she stops. The vet took note and put it in here file. But I do have tell you that your website for ordering, as far as I am concerned, stinks. The pop up to subscribe is annoying and I do not do those. I order when I need it. Excellent product and works wonderful, I would highly recommend the product and have to many friends. KellyGoo

Very hard to cancel subscription. I've tried canceling but they keep sending products and charging me. I've even called them and they said that they canceled my subscription but I'm still getting shipment and getting charged. Very frustrating. Update: Since canceling subscription, I got 3 more shipments!!! The 3rd one came last night. Wish I could upload my pictures. Update: BetterWild has reached out and refunded me so I'm adding 2 stars. Thank you Better Wild for making it right.

Shipping is a NIGHTMARE!! Even autoship. I set it up for a certain date and on that day I'm charged. Then it takes 2 to 3 days for whoever to get the order than another 4 to 6 days for it to be sent out. It's delivered about 5 days after that. There's NO customer service phone number to call. Only an email address. Now to the product. At first it seemed to be working well, but there were times my dog's would have to go up to 2 weeks without any product. Then you have to start all over. This happened MULTIPLE times. It's taken a LONG, LONG time to get the shipping issue taken care of. We settled it by having to order 2x more than we need. We do still have the dogs on it, but one dog is having ISSUES with the bad itching again. I'm looking at something else for her and maybe keeping the other dog on it. I would not recommend this product or if you do, order 3x more than you need. Even when we did that ( my husband started an order with a different card and in his name alone ) we still had a problem. It's making me pick a date of the issue. The issue took many months in 2025 to resolve.

Your supplement is virtually no effect on her. I wanted to give it 6 months, thinking maybe it took a while to kick in. It definitely has not. Please cancel my subscription. I couldn't be more disappointed.
