A year of false hope from a crooked company. Don't fall for the marketing. I gave Better Wild allergy chews a full 12-month trial to be completely fair, and absolutely nothing changed. I do an immense amount of hands-on work for my dog: cooking fresh meals daily, running air purifiers, and meticulously cleaning his paws and face wrinkles after every walk and meal. His environment is completely spotless. This product completely failed to live up to its claims. They take your money and deliver zero results. I don't even care about a refund—I just want to warn other dedicated pet owners not to get ripped off by this garbage. I use it as an expensive treat

The chews did not work. I tried to cancel on the website. It is supposed to email you a code to log in. The code never comes and there is no phone number. My credit card was charged again. This should not be legal

Worst customer service ever! I tried numerous times to cancel my subscription to no avail. I was charged for three orders that I didn’t want, one of which they included vitamins that I never ordered totaling $71.00! I finally received a reply stating they would accept a return for one order but I would have to package and pay shipping! I just told them I’d just chalk it up as bad experience and never deal with their company again! 😡

Better Wild website doesn't work directly or through Shop. I have tried to cancel my order many times and they just keep shipping and billing me. Also no one answers there phone. Stay away this is a very bad company!!

This product did not work for my dog. His itching, licking and biting his skin has increased to the point that he now has saliva staining around his mouth and on his legs. I have been trying to cancel this subscrption for three days. The are making it impossible to cancel. I have contacted my credit card company. If a charge goes through tomorrow as their email says, I will protest the charge with my credit card company. This has been a bad experience all around. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR POST SAYING SOMEONE HAD REACHED OUT TO ME: WHO HAVE YOU REACHED OUT TO? YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME IN 1 OR 2 DAYS. TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED. IN RESPONSE AGAIN TO YOUR POST SAYING YOU HAD REACHED OUT: PLEASE REFER TO THE NUMEROUS EMAILS I SENT SAYING THE PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AND I WANTED TO CANCEL. THESE THINGS HAPPEN. I WAS NOT ANGRY UNTIL MY EMAILS KEPT GOING INTO A QUEUE AND WERE NEVER RESPONDED TO. FINALLY AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT, I HEARD FROM YOU TODAY. YOUR RESPONSE WAS THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION HAD BEEN CANCELED. UNFORTUNATELY, (FOR ME) YOU SAID YOU THAT A BOTTLE HAD BEEN MAILED AND AS SOON AS I RECEIVE AND RETURN THAT BOTTLE (EVIDENTLY AT MY EXPENSE) YOU WILL REFUND MY MONEY. IT'S TOO BAD (FOR ME) THAT MY NUMEROUS EMAILS, WENT INTO A QUEUE FOR DAYS AND WERE NOT ANSWERED. IF YOUR COMPANY HAD CANCELED MY SUBSCRIBTION IN A TIMELY MANNER, I WOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH THIS. TO SAY I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PUTTING IT VERY MILDLY.

I don’t understand why they have to make it so hard to unsubscribe. First it’s hidden and hard to find. Then It made me go through 7 different times, 7 different links just to cancel. Horrible customer experience. Would not recommend.

They may make a good product, it did seem to help my pitti, but I have been trying for two months to get my subscription stopped. My pitti has passed away and I now have 3 1/2 bottles in my pantry. They just send me automatic replys to my emails to stop, the subscription.

If I could give zero stars I would. The product does not work and they have terrible customer service. The number list does not work and they some how trap you into a subscription. I have two bottles I have not even opened and half of another. One of the bottles came after I canceled the subscription! What a scam! You guys need to be more transparent with the subscription business and have better contact information!
