Since putting our dog on better wild , she doesn’t scratch as much , gunk around her eyes is a lot better . Doesn’t lick or chew on her paws at all anymore. Thank you very much

I had an issue with my subscription and their CS helped me with my concern. I think her name was Maria and she was very attentive and efficient! Now, I have 2 packs of chews subscription instead of 3 packs and my dog is pretty happy with the chews! Planning to order more!

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel my BetterWild subscription. Back in June, I contacted support because I could not find any cancellation option on my account page. Instead of canceling my subscription, I was encouraged to skip three months and then resume. I agreed at the time, assuming I’d be able to cancel later without issue. About three months ago, I reached out again to cancel my subscription. Rather than canceling it for me, support pointed me back to the account page — where the cancel button is still missing. There is no way for me to cancel through the dashboard. At this point: The cancellation option does not exist in my account I’ve contacted support multiple times over several months My requests to cancel have not been honored This feels like a dark-pattern subscription experience where customers are redirected, delayed, or blocked from canceling. I’m now documenting this publicly because private support channels have not resolved the issue. I would not recommend subscribing unless BetterWild fixes their cancellation flow and actually processes cancellations when customers request them.

Great Product and Customer Support. Packaging is on point and recyclable. Just rolling into 2nd month with Allergy Chews. Not seeing a huge difference yet but still monitoring progress. Dogs seem to love the taste.

I ordered a double order received it okay, and then a few days later got another one (same order) without ordering it, and got charged again. I didnt refuse the charge since we use your product anyway, and would have ordered in a few months anyway, BUT you sent twice, please dont do that again!
