Better U brought me in without judgement and with my well being in mind. Everyone is very understanding, supportive and helpful. Everything offered is relevant. There isn’t wasted efforts or time it feels. There is flexibility in the approach, so it feels very personal. The process itself is smooth making it even more effective in working on myself. The support members have helped me with everything I have asked about.

Paid for initial treatment, never got the treatments, about to pay the first months payment, still no idea of when I will receive the treatments. I still do not know if it has been ordered. The contact information or chat service is horrible. 3 days to get a response that never answers the questions I have and if they will not deliver my treatment when can I expect a refund. Locking someone’s money up so they cannot go anywhere else and I had the doctors appointment. I was told expect it in a week. A month later and asking me what my blood pressure was. That should be on file.
