It’s amazing that Better U exists at all. To be able to utilize the benefits of Ketamine Therapy remotely without the overhead of what traditional medicine has become is a godsend. I am dealing with kind, considerate professionals helping me to reset and grow. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me on this new road I find myself on.

Quick, cheap and stress-free to enroll. Answer a few questions honestly to make sure you're entering this journey safely (it's much safer than most anxiety meds). This was refreshing to see after decades of bad experiences with other medicines like benzos. Every doctor/physician etc that I worked with was arrogant, condescending and judgemental. Not to mention the one guy who ordered car parts right in the middle of my appointment while he was filling out my questionnaire for me with incorrect answers. Kelly Jernigan was absolutely refreshing. She listened intently to and considered every word I said. I have no doubt this treatment will work for me. If it doesn't, it's not the fault of better u as it clearly works wonders for most and my 5 star review stands in consideration of the experience so far and the amount of detail, research and development that was clearly put into this program. Thanks to everyone involved. Wish me luck!! Update: I did my first session today, 03/10/2025, and my 5 star review absolutely stands accurate. I can't wait for subsequent sessions. It was far easier than I thought. Lots of bad information out there about ketamine but if the physicians instructions and the apps resources are followed, the discomfort is minimal to none. I was worried about how I might handle it. Although I'd never do something like this recreationally, the experience was pleasant knowing the benefits. Every time my mind went to a dark place, I simply reminded myself to just let the medicine work and I fell into a peaceful state. Prepare to cry tears of joy. 40 years of mental torture will be gone soon. It's still hard to fathom. Imagine being able to see or hear for the first time. It's that profound when you find a solution this effective. I don't anticipate having to do more than the 8 sessions to alleviate the lifelong chronic anxiety I have. This is a cure if you follow the program. Thank you kindly to everyone at BetterU for giving me hope for the first time. Here's to the second half of my life being 100x better than the first 🥂

update: they literally called me after I wrote this review which is actual harassment but I had them blocked already. update update: I've been with innerwell since February and they are really great. I also saw a bad review that was posted after mine below mine where better u takes accountability for the disrespectful behavior that one of their staff members displayed. but, not to me. no accountability here. and lies about reaching out to me. you guys are the worst company and you are ableist. your doctor said she needed a note to make sure I could take ketamine because I had dwarfism. come on. that is so ableist. she could have looked it up on the internet in 2 seconds and I told her that. - accepted me into the program telling me I wouldn't need a note or letter from a therapist or doctor before speaking to a psychiatrist who then told me I needed a letter from a psychiatrist that I clearly stated several times I was no longer seeing (after I had paid in full). she then told me it would be fine if I got a letter from my therapist which I had already been told I didn't need and she also told me I needed a letter from my physician. now these are two letters when I was told I wouldn't even need one. and then I received an email saying I needed a letter from the psychiatrist that they knew I was not in the care of anymore, and at the end of the meeting she told me I needed these letters to make sure I was "mentally stable." ma'am, you are a psychiatrist. you should be able to tell that from talking to me. and my therapist can clarify that for you. and you should not accept letters from providers that are no longer serving their patients. she also referred to my SNRI for fibromyalgia as a quote antidepressant which it is not in any way classified as or used for, and wouldn't stop accusing me of still being on Klonopin despite the fact that I told her repeatedly that I'm no longer taking it. I was being accused of lying and I felt like I was on trial. I was fully refunded no thanks to them who claimed they would refund me in full that week, but I had to dispute it for more than two weeks through affirm (at which point it was ruled in my favor).

I particularly love their coaches! So compassionate and knowledgeable. Working with them to feel better has been a breeze! They always respond in a timely manner, never rush me on calls and have everything shipped promptly. I have finally started to see through the foggy existence I've been in for so long. I felt safe. I felt guided. I felt supported. This company genuinely cares about each individual they cross paths with. Their wisdom, expertise, guidance and support were with me every step of the way. The structure and guidelines are clear so that I felt safe beginning my first at-home experience.

So far everything has worked out great. I love the kit that came with it. What a difference this med makes. It’s like night and day. My mood has lifted. My husband said he hadn’t seen me smile like this in a long time. I am so amazed in the difference of my moods. I have MDD and my moods will go high and low constantly. I’m hoping my lows won’t be so low. It didn’t last too long but I spoke to Katy/Katherine about it. Very very helpful. She is an outstanding helper.
