Mary
Costume comodossimo e molto bello.

Their customer service is top notch — very responsive when i inquired about my order status. I had to wait over a month for my bathing suit to arrive but it’s really cute and fits well. i’m surprised to see that it’s one size fits all up to XL because i’m somewhat petite and it’s less coverage than I expected.
Response from BetterTan SwimJul 22, 2026
Thank you, Rashida — so glad our team looked after you! 🧡 We're sorry the wait stretched over a month; we're working on faster shipping. Thanks too for the note on coverage for petite frames — really helpful feedback. Enjoy your suit!
Kaylah C.
It's a very cute swimsuit. I have multiple swimsuits from this brand.

Thank you, Kaylah! 🧡 A collection in the making — we love it. Enjoy every one!

The material is great! Lacking one star because the shipping window I was given was off, so I didn’t receive my order in time by a long shot.
Response from BetterTan SwimJul 22, 2026
Thank you, Kathryn — so glad it's flattering and you love the material! We're sorry the shipping window was off and it arrived late; that's something we're actively improving. If it caused any trouble, email [email protected] and we'll help.
Elizabeth
I haven’t received the swimsuit I ordered yet. I can’t provide a fair review although the long wait kinda stinks to be honest
Response from BetterTan SwimJul 22, 2026
Hi Elizabeth, we're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet — the wait shouldn't be this long. Please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll track it down today, and sort a refund if it's been lost. Thank you for your patience.
Jordan
Way more comfortable than I anticipated, material isn't itchy. Shipping (standard) took almost 2 weeks, so plan for that. Super cute.
Response from BetterTan SwimJul 22, 2026
Thank you, Jordan! So glad it's comfy and not itchy — and thanks for the honest heads-up on the ~2-week standard shipping. We're working on speeding that up. Enjoy your suit! ☀️
Katie
I would love to be giving a review of the items I bought, but they have been in transit for 14 days now and there is no indication of when they will be delivered. The delivery company only says it is “in destination country” and has been so for 9 days now.
Response from BetterTan SwimJul 22, 2026
Hi Katie, we're sorry — 14 days in transit with no delivery date is far too long and we understand the frustration. Please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase the carrier and sort a refund or reship if it's stuck. Thank you for your patience.
