Leaving two stars in hopes they can’t delete it. I would give this bikini bottom negative stars if I could. The pictures are not the same as the actual product. Like literal AI photos is what they’re advertising. Terribly cheap material, horrible stitching, and it’s see through. This is worse than TeMu quality, and costs an awful lot.

It’s an ok swimsuit but the sizing is off, runs small, and it’s not very comfortable with the super thin straps, also doesn’t tan through as much as I’d like. Looks good though. Also it took weeks to get here even though it was a guaranteed shipping time of 5-7 days

Very expensive , bikini top doesn’t fit well, bottoms fit ok but not based on price, and extra delivery fee I had to pay to pick up, makes it difficult to return.

The size selection on the website wasn’t working, so I thought it was one size, as there are similar swimsuits on the website that are one size. Unfortunately, I received an XS, which is way too small for me.

I'm hoping this review will get customer service's attention. I purchased a bikini that got lost in the mail, but the replacement they sent was two bikini tops, and no bottom lol. They were so quick to respond the first time, when the bikini had been lost in the mail they sent a replacement right away. But now it's been 3 days and I've had no response. They were very kind when they did respond the first time. I hope all is well and they can respond to my email. Heidi 97080

Hi Heidi, we're sorry — sending two tops and no bottom, then going quiet for three days, isn't the standard we hold ourselves to, especially after we'd looked after you the first time. Please email [email protected] (or reply to your last thread) referencing this and we'll get the missing bottom sent to you right away. Thank you for your patience.

The fit of the swimsuit was PERFECT, and it was so flattering, but unfortunately the fabric is basically sheer! I don’t think I can hide freckles under it, let alone anything you may actually need to cover to go to a public beach!
Response from BetterTan SwimJun 17, 2026
Hi Ashlyn, so glad the fit was perfect and flattering — but we hear you on the sheerness. Our fabrics can read more sheer in certain colours and sizes, and that feedback genuinely helps us improve. If you'd like help finding a more opaque option or arranging a return, email [email protected] and we're happy to help.

While it shipped quickly the sizing is quiet odd. I wish I could have split out the sizing and got a smaller bottom and bigger top.
Response from BetterTan SwimJun 18, 2026
Thank you for the feedback, Kat! Glad it shipped quickly. Good news — on our two-piece styles you can actually order different top and bottom sizes; email [email protected] and we'll happily help you get the right combination.

I received my order but it was the wrong color. I tried it on anyway since it was a pretty color but it does not fit.
