Totally love these products!

There a two different sites coming up with different items very frustrating. Can't see prior orders. Online chat not responsive.

I responded to an email offer buy 2 get one free but the offer was not reflected in my checkout flow nor was the buy 2 get one free mentioned in my confirmation page - fix this or lose customers!

Confusing on the buy 2 get 1 free, if I don’t get the free 1, will consider this as seller fraud and won’t do business with them anymore, if I get the free 1 then this was wonderful.

Ordered on line and hit the pop ups by mistake!! I know this is a selling point, but a very frustrating feature.

I have tried many brands, but this is the one that works best for me. I have extremely sensitive skin and cannot use many others.

I had a difficult time finding my lip product.
