A great line, from scrubs to serums. I wish the dark-spot feature could help more, but nothing I have tried has worked. Worth a childhood full of outdoor sports, though. Trying the Retinol, which is spectacular so far.

I love the genucel deep firming serum. Recently, I had 2 people tell me how nice my complexion looked and neither one knew I had been using this product. I could see and feel the difference in my skin after using Chamonix!

I am only reviewing ease of ordering not the products, as I’m a new customer. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is very easy. I am waiting on a response to a question from customer service. I am really impressed with the products if, they really work as described!

I have been a customer with Chamonix for many years and believe very strongly in the product that has been purchased through the years. When I went to order the next supply, a question arose, so I called to speak with a representative to ask a few questions. The first time I called, the wait was 40 minutes and I couldn't wit any longer. That was very frustrating. A week later, I called again, waited about 40 minutes and was disconnected. How could this be? Next thing was to e-mail asking a question, but NEVER heard back form anyone at Chamonix. Unfortunately I have to continue to purchase from this firm, as I don't know of another company that offers the product that I need/want. Due to the lack of customer service, if I am able to find the same product elsewhere, that company will have a new customer.
