Your site is extremely difficult to navigate. I wanted to order several individual products but as soon as I selected one tube of undereye stuff, the only choices that appeared on the screen were for bundles of stuff I didn't want. Also when going to check out, the fields for inputting my Credit Card information did not automatically pop up. I had to click at least three times to find it. You should consider revamping the site to make it easier to navigate.

The website is glitchy and requires you to do things several times. I called customer service after placing an order, and no one has called me back three days later. This has happened in the past. Phone calls are not returned or are returned several days after the fact. Also, I wanted to use happy points but couldn’t not get through on the phone, so I had to use the glitchy website and it won’t accept happy points! Plus, the website never accepts my login.
