Excellent service! Great Products!

Paid additional money to have the product expressed. Has never arrived. If I ever get the product, I might review it.

After I placed an on-line order, there was a problem in that I didn't receive my $20 discount. I left a message with Chamonix and received a call back from Yanel Rivera...very helpful and gave me the $20 refund and is sending me a free Chamonix product. Chamonix stands behind their products and service. I'm a very satisfied customer. Sheila Wahl

You should think more than twice before dealing with this company!! This organization is beyond slow in dealing with orders - whether it's processing an order (never did), or responding to any email (never did), or returning phone calls- (never did; just told "heavy call volume; please leave a message and then nothing.) Of course they charge your card as soon as you place an order. Go find these products elsewhere!!!!

I love chamonix....I have always done good by this product!!

Placed online order on 11/4/2019 and DID NOT receive an order number or any emails confirming my order. Yet, my credit card was immediately charged for the full amount and, as days passed, I received two emails, including this one asking for a review. Yet, still no confirmation or order number. Called today, 11/7/2019 for status update and the Service Rep couldn't even find my order. So, she said someone will eventually call me back, despite my concerns and desire to remedy this now after waiting 3 days. Still no call back and still an unresolved issue. Where's my order and why can't I speak with someone?
