I paid overnight shipping and I still have not received my package 5 days later

Navigating through the site was easy. prices seem very high, but I haven't tried the product yet. After I receive my order, I'll know more about the price/value ratio. Where there were two or more products for one area of the face or body, it wasn't always clear to me what the difference was between the two products. more info about that would have been helpful. more before and after photos would also help a shopper to know just what the product is targeted to do.

I received an email about a presidents Day special of 40% off - when I selected the product and went into the checkout process, the discount did not appear - i had to contact customer service to be able to complete the transaction. The directions on the website were scant and did not help much on the user end.

The website is so user friendly, I really enjoyed my shopping experience.

I found it a little confusing. When I hit the place the order button, thinking there was another page, I got a message saying my CC information was missing. I finally figured out I had to hit the "change" button to have to get to the CC information to complete. I also found that the PayPal button was already filled in. I don't use PayPal, so had to start over again. In my opinion the dropdown CC/PayPal information should automatically be there without having to jump through these hoops.

The original problem I had with the package was quickly resolved by Chamonix. They sent a replacement box. I thank them very much for the quick response and I am already seeing the results of their amazing products! Thank you.
