I have not received my product yet but my buying experience was good.

I have been using Chamonix products for a while now, I can honestly say that my skin has never looked better. When I started using the new neck cream I was amazed at how quickly my double chin disappeared, firmed up, and how youthful my skin looks. I had a co-worker ask me what I was doing to my skin because it looks so young and my neck looks wonderful, so I told her what I was using and she is going to check this product for herself. I don't think that could be a better advertisement for Chamonix than I can think of. Thank you so much for all of your products and for your great sales reps.

The product did nothing for my wife. They put you on auto-reorder - which I was not aware. They sent me a second order. It says on their website that there is a Money back guarantee. Its a lie. I have called at least 5 times now and they refuse to allow me to return the unopened product -They will not return my calls. They will only give me credit. Why would I want credit? Do not order this product!
