I went to Bettermed because I suspected I had strep throat. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day, after work. The staff was great. They saw me soon after my arrival and reviewed my symptoms, gave me a strep test, saw that it was positive, called in a prescription to the nearest pharmacy and sent me on my way. I love Bettermed for its staff and its convenience, and will continue to frequent this one at Willow Lawn.

When completing the intake information there should be a place to sit. Being a senior and not feeling well, it was quite a challenge to complete. Also instructions to take pictures of my ID was not clear. Otherwise all was very good!

I was not given options as to the type of Covid rapid test that was required for travel. The test I was given by BetterMed was not the right one, even though I had indicated that I was traveling. As a result I had to pay another $200 at the airport to get the correct Covid test. The people were really nice but it was $189 wasted.
