I was very impressed with the staff. Physician Assistant K. was very knowledgeable, encouraging and made us feel better taking the time and allowing us to go through the motions of my visit.

Staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient! We only had to wait a few minutes before we were able to be seen.

Staff was very friendly. Taken in a timely manor. Very informative of my condition. I went in because of shortness of breath thinking that I might have caught the covid. The Covid test came back negative but, the doctor informed me that I needed to go to the hospital and have a CT Scan done. Good thing that I did because they found multiple blood clots in BOTH my lungs and if not treated could have killed me ! Thank you BetterMed

Came in for a Covid test. I'm wheelchair bound. My daughter had tested positive a couple of days earlier, so that's why I wanted to get tested. My daughter is my caregiver. But because she had tested positive, she could not go inside. The staff came and got me from the car in my wheelchair, and took me back to the car after I was done. They were understanding, kind and compassionate. I had a very good feeling about this place and will be using them in the future.

I had a painful muscle issue in my neck. I struggled to stand, sit, or do anything. BetterMed took the time to listen to the problem and helped with a solution. The doctor took her time to make sure all our questions were answered and showed true compassion for my condition. If we ever need help again, we will return to this location.

This urgent care is much better than Patient First. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very kind. The assistant and Doctor were very through and didn’t rush me. I was in and out in less than an hour with a diagnosis and prescription. I would highly recommend them.
