Both my wife and I went in for a Covid test following an exposure. Were able to make an appt. the day before. We arrived early and they took us right away. I had been made aware that some people had described how uncomfortable the test was...not for us. Results in 15 or so minutes and off we went. Excellent experience.

Awful, the medical staff is poorly trained, and they don’t listen to your complaints or test based on symptoms. They don’t practice real medicine and going here you could potentially miss what the true clinical problem is, and jeopardize your health. UPDATE: bettermed responded and say they take this seriously, and will be talking with the site manager. Well I have called 4 times asking for the site manager and the medical director already, neither of which have felt the need to return my calls. I even spoke the the billing manager who said she would ensure I get a return call, that never happened. This was not a bad experience, the staff and medical team put my health in jeopardy by failing to follow simple clinical medicine procedure. I will be taking further action and I do not recommend this medical facility. There are many other places you can go and get the correct standard of care.
