There was no doctor on site. Certain paperwork requiring a signature as having been read could not be produced either on the computer nor physically. You sign yourself in when arriving so not sure of the receptionist’s purpose.

I needed a Covid text and was able to get one within 30 minutes of my signing onto their website. The personnel are efficient, courteous and respectful. I did not have to wait long in my car. The facility is extremely clean and modern. It is close to my home. I actually saw the same PA as I did in November.

To get through to anyone is a nightmare. The staff aren’t very pleasant and you don’t feel welcomed when you step into the building. The only person that was nice was the lady that did my Covid test.
