Super easy process for COVID rapid test.

Super friendly staff that had me out in no time

I waited to see the NP Ms. Goodrich, she walked into my room with an attitude. Immediately started to state everything she can't do to help me. I had to make suggestions and informed her of how negative her behavior was. At the end of my visit she apologize for her behavior and stated she was having a long and bad day. This location is not professional as it use to be. Every time you go the xray machine is never working, staff sitting at the back office desk being loud and joking around. No matter what type of day she was having it should never be taken out on the patient. I just came for treatment not to hear her telling me there is nothing she can do without evening trying to help me until she saw I was emotionally up. Want be going back to this location.

Katie Christopher was excellent from beginning to the end . She ensured when we received our appointment that we understood what would happen and that we should receive our results before we left. The intake nurse and nurse practitioner both again explained and Katie met us as we left to ensure everything went well. Great job to the Better Med team.
