I was taken care of quickly, everyone was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I was exceptionally impressed.

Care and timing after getting in was terrific. I waited awhile in the parking lot which was a little nerve wracking since I had an appointment. Didn't feel well so not real patient on the 40 minute wait to be seen.

Extremely helpful and willing to find answers when needed. The receptionist went above and beyond.

I went to BetterMed Urgent Care on Saturday because I was having sinus problems and then I went back again on Tuesday for a covid test. And I really like there fast turn around time

BetterMed service was excellent with a good system emplace and staff that are willing to assist you for the patient needs. My wife and I visit the state of Virginia for work purpose. Due to the COVID-19 requirements, traveling overseas must have a PCR test in order to travel. My initial phone call gave me a good atmospheric from asking questions to making appointment. She discussed a proper procedures to ensure we are good for making our appointment. The day off the appointment my wife and I was treated awesome, showing the staffs professionalism and the area cleanliness. After our visit we received our results via online and staff. The redundancy results gave us a good secure feelings that the staff cares for their patients.

Went for a COVID test. It was quick and very easy. Everyone was very kind and considerate.
