Wow, this is the kind of Health Care Provider we have all dreamed and wished for. I LOVE that each and every person I can in contact with was so nice, caring and pleasant, generally happy to be helping and living their job at the same time. Why is this not the norm in this industry???!!! Everyone treated me as if I was their child, so loving and grateful that I was there. Such a welcome change. I am switching to BetterMed for all of my medical needs and I suggest everyone else so the same. Thank you so much and keep up the great customer service!

I went in told them why I was there. Didn't have to wait long before I was taken in the back. They took care of the problem, called in a RX and I and I was on my way.

I’ve had to take more than 6 COVID tests since moving to North Carolina and I always come here.

I was able to set up appointment online, their directions were clear and easy to understand (during COVID) Once inside, the Dr and staff were professional and friendly. I would not hesitated to use them again for my healthcare concerns. Fredericksburg, VA patient

Good service, nice people

I have never been more pleased with an urgent care facility. This is by far the friendliest, cleanest, quickest environment with doctors and nurses who provide excellent service to its patients. It's one of the newest ones in our town and I will continue to go here and refer others here as long as they can keep up the wonderful service.

Would not book another appointment. Had a 12 o’clock appointment and was not called inside until 12:50. It then took 45 min to do the actual COVID test because we were waiting for doctors.
