While on a business trip from Dallas, I came into your Urgent Care one evening around 6:00pm with a piece of debris in my left eye which I was unable to extract after countless eye washes. The Nurse Practitioner who attended to me was Leslie, and I believe her last initial was K. She was very professional and was extremely cautious with the bending of my eye lid and her efforts to locate the debris and the care in which she removed it. She gave the eye a wash with a chemical and scanned it with an ultraviolet light. She stated the eye appeared to have no scratches, provided me with a prescription for antibiotic drops and I was done. BetterMed,.. SHE IS A FABULOUS KEEPER. !!! Highly recommend her care. Got my COVID test for travel. Very professional. You must make a reservation.

TLDR: (assuming this review isn't deleted...) Don't get tested here. There must be places with a better process. It's very expensive and I feel lucky I didn't get the virus while waiting for a long duration in a small room where others were waiting to get tested previously when there's no reason they couldn't administer the test through my car window. I was given no heads up that I should wait in my car to be called into the clinic until I was inside. I was given no indication of the price until after I had my first test. I was in a small room for nearly an hour where, I would have to assume, other people had been for a similar amount of time that likely had the virus since they were getting tested. I was told I would receive my test results within 48 hours for my second test after the rapid test. Also, I was told I should get the second test as the first wasn't considered as accurate. I received the results for the more accurate test one week later, which was pointless information at that point as I had already been symptom free for the recommended amount of time. This was a complete waste of time and money while also being the most likely situation for my contracting the virus since the start of it's spread here in the US . Why they don't test people from their cars is beyond my understanding. It is almost like they want their customers to contract the virus by not using common sense that even someone with a passing understanding of the virus and it's most likely vector of spreading to a new host would apply. On the positive side, staff were nice. It isn't their fault, it's the fault of whoever designed the process. I wouldn't trust the process designer here to take my laundry out of the washer and put it in the dryer because I might find my laundry in the trash instead.

Service was fast, staff were friendly and it was just to remove staples. Quite a few people in the lobby that day and they go to me quickly.

Easy to schedule an appointment, Prompt check in. Very satisfied with diagnosis and ease of picking up RX.

My Primary Care provider never seems to be available when I’m not feeling well.. I’ve had several visits with BetterMed now and I’ve always had a great experience. All staff members have been excellent!

I visited an Urgent Care the address below on 3/29/21 , before I went to I called first to ask if BetterMed participate to my health insurance , Anthem MediBlue Local . A clerk answered : yes . I come there showed my insurance card to a clerk .After that the clerk charged $10.00 for copay and said a receipt through email. I paid the charge by my credit card . When coming home I get an email and a charge :$381.00. That means total are $391.00. I check my policy insurance : I only have to pay $20.00 copay. What happened ? Can you explain ? That is a reason I give 1 star
