Great service
Cole M.
Was immediately helped and walked through the process painlessly. After I was quickly placed in a room I may have waited 5 minutes to see the doctor who gave a quick exam and helpful recommendations. Best visit possible!

Was not a good experience when I went in with an ankle injury and was told it was a “bad sprain” if not better I could follow up with an orthopedic. To sum it up the people there did not seem too concerned with it and the X-ray tech wanted me to walk down to X-ray room until I requested a wheelchair. Then “I” asked for a walking boot when they said I could keep the bandage I came in with or gave me other options being some kinda shoe I still requested walking boot. Once again the PA came across as not too concerned since it was just a “bad sprain” will take time so with that being said it did not get better and I followed up with a foot ankle specialist not an orthopedic like she recommended. To make a long story short the ankle was and fractured the entire time and we are almost close to a month and a half into this and I’m still dealing with the ankle and I may potentially have to have surgery to put a plate in it. All this time I was thinking I just had a “bad sprain“ and the thing was broken the whole time. I don’t know where you get your PAs from but I feel like if this is the best that they can do as far as giving patients care then you need to reassess and look at maybe getting actual doctors or better trained professionals who know what they are doing. It should have been automatic in her mind to follow up regardless of whether the ankle got worse or better instead of giving it time and then following up with the specialist. I was given zero medication for discomfort and thank God I asked for the walking boot because I would’ve really been screwed if I did not have that. I felt like I diagnosed myself better than she did. Needless to say I will not be coming back here nor will I be recommending this place to anybody I am very disgusted with the whole situation and the way things were handled.
