I was not testing for the flu the first time I was there. I went back after suffering more and that time I was tested and I did have the flu.

We have always had a good experience. Each time we go, we receive great customer service and the staff is very thorough and asks many questions to get to the right answers. We will continue to visit.

Everyone was friendly. I got diagnosed quickly and accurately.

Wait was short (much shorter than my actual doctor has been) although I was there on a weekday morning. The facility is very nice and clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the doctor made a conclusion that felt half-hearted after what felt like only a "quick skim" of my issue.

I was quick to get in the back and be seen, but was misdiagnosed and ended up getting sicker and sicker. When I called back to report that my illness was progressing. They stated the antibiotics needed 10 days to be effective and to just keep taking them. I needed up going to the hospital because I was so sick. They gave me a different diagnosis and changed my antibiotics and I started improving within 36 hours..... shame was it ended up costing me 2 weeks of pto in the end 😞

They were kind and timely with seeing me and getting tests ordered and completed. Definitely a good experience, despite the pain that caused me to visit.
