I absolutely love urgent care. I love that you can use the app to register from home and they send a message when to head there. It decreases the amount of time you have to sit in a waiting room with a bunch of sick people decreasing your chances of catching something from another Patient. The front seat staff are kind and efficient and the medical staff actually listen to your concerns. They always go back and look at my old records so they can understand my medical health as a whole and not just from the one visit. They are my #1 choice for evening and weekend Care when my primary care doctor is unavailable.

I had been misdiagnosed many times over the years by both my regular m.d. (in two states) and by gastro doctors (in two states) and emergency rooms (in two different cities). Finally when we moved to Richmond, I went to the nearby Urgent Care -- first time for me. The N.P. listed to my symptoms (same as I had been telling others for some six years) and almost immediately suspected I had gall stones. Sent me for tests the next day which confirmed; and in three weeks I was in surgery. Not only could I have experienced a horrific emergency if I had gone on the way I was going, but I had many unnecessary extremely painful episodes. I am very thankful for the care that I got at BetterMed.

This new Better Med facility is amazing. I have taken one of my children there and my husband because I know they are quick and efficient. Also when I called to inquire about school sports physicals I fell even more in love with them. I was right on time for the FREE physicals they were offering (by appointment) and scheduled immediately. I have nothing but positives to say about the staff and office!!

Mrs Bates did an excellent job and would recommend BetterMed without hesitation. Laura and Ronica was great and very professional.

Outstanding customer service and care. Great nurse's and Doctors are very good and informative. Easy to talk with and end results were great. I will go back when I need urgent care and hope you will give they a try and see just hos good they are.

They lost my blood and then still charged me for it. I still don’t know if I have Lyme disease. Would NEVER recommend.
