I had a pretty bad experience. I waited about 45 minutes just to be seen, then another 30 or so. When the doctors assistant finally came in she was quick to the point of being rude, basically told me she couldn’t help me, and that I should come back in a month if it didn’t “go away on its own.” That cost me $60.

I’m a medical provider and go to the BetterMed near me as my doctor doesn’t have same day appointments. I always get great care when I go there and the staff are very nice. The wait is never long and I usually get in to see the provider within 15 minutes.

It was very clear that they wanted me in and out as quickly as possible without actually evaluating the problem. They also did not check the medication they prescribed against medicines I was taking at the same time, which could have lead to severe complications if I had not noticed myself.
