I recently visited Better Med for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The staff and medical team were very attentive. My wait time was very minimal from the time I walked into the facility (I visited about mid-morning on a weekday) and the dr assessed my problem and immediately started treatment and sent my meds electronically to my pharmacy and I was on my way home within the hour. I would definitely recommend BetterMed and use them again in the future.

I recently received a letter stating Better Med will require to store my credit card information. I will not authorize such action and will go elsewhere for medical services in light of this decision.

I prefer to go to Bettermed than to go to my primary care. I feel better about the care they give me. The staff and NP's are wonderful.

The doctors and nurse practitioner were very helpful and understanding.The problem was quickly resolved with proper medication and a prescription for another medical issue. I was very pleased.My only issue was how much my co-pay because it was so high since Better Med care is not in my blue cross/blue shield.

I went here versus the emergency room thinking I would save my providers, Medicare and the Veterans Administration, money. I told BetterMed Urgent Care who my insurance coverage was through. They never mentioned that the VA at that time wouldn't cover urgent care providers. Therefore I was left with a bill for much more than I expected.

Very prompt and polite service. Disappointed to learn they only take sick and emergency visits.
