Came in at 7 pm and felt rushed as they close at 8 pm. Not that many clients in the office at the time .

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. There is nothing "Urgent" about going to BetterMed Urgent Care. During check-in, I heard the registration person asking the person in front of me if they lived at my address, so it appears we were "mixed up." After getting into a room, we sat there for 50 minutes waiting for the doctor to come in. After asking, it appeared that he had "skipped us by accident." The doctor barely looked at the leg and prescribed an antibiotic. I ended up admitted to the hospital 2 days later. The place echos terrible so everybody hears your business. Wouldn't recommend...

This place has really changed for the worst. Coming here since it was open . And get treated this way I don’t think so. I will never come back sad but it’s not like it matters to you this was made well aware

Yeh “access” was not removed from her. Next day took her to her pediatric send to John Randolph hospital ER it removed. Account retained my credits card and with the understanding that u will let me know date to withdraw $ I agreed Never, never received notifications or called causing some issues in my account.

The staff were great! I checked in online but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference on going back sooner.

Not only was the front desk girl sweet and polite, & more, but the Physician was just as nice, he was very thorough. He took a lot of time with me (not trying to rush me out). I don’t like to see any doctor, aside of my PCP of almost 30 yrs., but I had no choice! I had to go to an emergency facility, and boy am I glad I chose this place. So, if ever I’m in a similar position, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ID GO! Side note: a few mths ago, I went with my bestie to another similar place for her daughter (you probably know which facility), and they were TERRIBLE!! From the nurses, to the physician (and I use that term lightly regarding him). It’s sad when you question a Drs credentials cause you know more than he does. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I was nervous about going to another similar place, BUT, again, I was SO glad that I made the RIGHT choice going here. I can’t say enough about this facility. AND, they even called to check on me the next day!! WOW!!

Staff professional, time before seeing the doctor reasonable, and diagnose fairly quick. The doctor gives you their concern and follow up with your own GP the beginning of the week, if it’s been over a weekend. I have gone there a few times and always very satisfied .

Excellent service, knowledgeable people and so much easier than going to the ER.
