The 1st visit was a disaster
The 1st visit was a disaster! The nurse practitioner didn’t know what she was doing! I ended up going to specialist to have a tiny piece of ear wax and paid double!

I got charged $150 some odd dollars to tell me to take NyQuil then came back 3 days later and got a prescription finally after I paid even more money

Nearly cut my toe off with a machete…
Nearly cut my toe off with a machete and they wouldn’t even give me a piece of gauze because I left my ID at home. That’s after I sat in the waiting room for 20 some minutes bleeding

An Uncommon Doctor's Office
I was surprised when I walked in as I did not feel like I was in a doctor's office. It was welcoming, there was practically no wait time, and the receptionist was wonderfully kind while I was filling out my paperwork and explaining why I was there. The doctor listened to everything I had to say and did not dismiss any of my concerns. He saw my symptoms for what they were and provided me with a treatment plan that made sense to my needs. I had a wonderful experience and I will not hesitate to return to BetterMed when I need to make another urgent care visit.
