Love the facility, doctors and staff. Loathe the billing process. The contact number is a complete waste of time, did not receive a response within the SLA (as promised on the voicemail). Call backs are during work hours and it took weeks to finally get someone on the phone. The caller was rude and unprofessional. Improvement on this front is much needed.

I was on a budget plan I called the young lady had to leave a message call me back she didn’t introduce her self to call me back five days later it was nasty I will never use your facility again

I've used Better Med 3 times now, and have been happy with every visit. I've never had to wait in the waiting room to be called back. I walked in and was greeted instantly by friendly registration staff. Once registration was completed, I was taken back to a room and was seen within 5 minutes. I've been there for sinus infections to stitches and have received excellent care in every situation. The best part is, it's SO much cheaper than an ER visit and nowhere near the wait! I'll definitely go back.

I went to a newly opened BetterMed in my neighborhood. It was late Friday evening after I came home from work and I had a terrible cold, so I thought, but it was an upper respiratory infection. The treatment I received from when I walked in and when I left was excellent. However, before I agreed to any service I asked if they took my insurance. Mind you I had BCBS Healthkeepers. I was told Yes and paid my $50 copay. To my shock, a month later I received a bill from BetterMed stating that they don't accept my insurance and I owe $325! Dont know who to me mad at most, my insurance or BetterMed. Still trying to work it out. But the service I received from the doctor and nurses was great.
