I was called soon after I signed in and the girls patiently checked me in. I was with a provider soon after that and he was wonderful. I couldnt find docs by name on your website to acknowledge him directly. He listened to me and diagnosed me and fixed my problem. THEN ... TWICE after that I was called by Better Med to follow up on my care. Exceptional. Thank you Better Med.. God Bless.

We had a great experience! check in was really fast, nurse was very kind and he attended us super fast. The nurse practitioner was very sweet and knowable. Throughout the years that my child has been sick with sinus/ ear infections and is the first time she is prescribe additional medication besides antibiotics to help her with the release of the pressure.
