The P.A.'a do not listen and when I advocate for myself and share my history/experience with certain medications, they continually argue with me. The most recent one caused an allergic reaction and I was put back on the original antibiotic I told them didn't work 2 months ago. Wait time is usually good, however this particular instance I was in the office for nearly 2 hours. I won't be back.

Had no problem with Better Med in that they took care of me in a very short time.:)

I usually get sick on weekends when dr’s office is closed... always can rely on Better Med for good prompt service and a treatment plan for my illness, with follow up at my MD’s or them.. always treated with courtesy and compassion...

Didn't get a chance to see anyone as we were instructed to go to the emergency room as they were not capable of doing any imagery for my son stomach issues

Our treatment while at Better Med was fined they got us in much faster than Kid Med could have on Friday 11/29 (the day after thanksgiving). The doctor did a fine job diagnosing my daughter but they said they sent her urine for cultures and would call me in a couple days. They never called me and they told me twice when I called they would get the results the next day and call. My daughter remained sick several days later and we took her to the ER and her pediatrician. When the pediatrician called better med (7 days later I believe) they mentioned not seeing an order for the cultures (after telling me the delay was due to the holiday). So, I believe they didn’t run it at all and never called me to follow up on this. I was very upset by this and annoyed that no one told me about their mistake. If I receive a bill for this I will definitely be calling and complaining.

My first visit was a very great experience. I was seen in a short time, maybe 15 min from the time arrived. Staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Diagnosis was right on and was on the way to recovery when I left the facility. 5 stars for sure.
