Has been great 5 out of 6 visits.
Before reading the review, please know that out of several visits since this BetterMed has opened, this was the worst. The P.A. was swamped and spent about 3 minutes with me. I had been sick for about a week and came in on a Friday morning. After an hour of waiting in the little cubicle, got swabbed for flu, even though I didn't have any flu symptoms,(negative) and got diagnosed with laryngitis and a sinus infection. He gave me an oral steroid drink, told me to keep taking OTC meds (which hadn't helped me in the last 7 days) and sent on my way. By Monday I'm even worse. Had to go to the competitor and got diagnosed with the exact same thing but the difference was that I was prescribed a steroid taper and antibiotics. I would like to think that if he would have taken more time with me and not been in such a rush that he would have prescribed something to help me.

Wait times are crazy....
Wait times are crazy..... Not so much from waiting in the lobby, but more so when you are back in the rooms.

Fantastic Place!
Fantastic Place!! Great drs that take the time to explain and answer all your questions, quick service but you never feel rushed. Will be our repeat urgent care center for sure!
