Very friendly
The staff was very professional and friendly The rooms were very clean I like the fact that they cleaned right after we left and they were not overwhelmed with patients like other Urgent care places

Asking questions
Making an appointment and checking in was fine. The nurse was less than friendly and did not like being questioned about test results.

Fantastic!
Went just for a Covid test and to say they were efficient was an understatement! Got there, called the number, got checked in over the phone, clinician asked me questions over the phone and I was advised to come in. As soon as I got to the room they were ready to check normal things like BP, temp, pulse. Then straight to the covid test and I was moved to another room and in less than 20mins bam I knew one way or the other if I had it. It was so easy and I would highly recommend even for things other than Covid testing.
