Excellent service. Very courteous and helpful

Great customer service and feedback after covid testing.

Apparently there was only one provider working both sides of the building, but they failed to mention this while taking my vitals. I waited for about 2 hours with no contact and wondered if they had forgotten I was even there.

Tough scheduling online. Had our doubts that we were even scheduled. Took so much time and was impersonal. They weren't busy and could have easily helped us but stated that they had limited access to the calendar?? The receptionist was rude as we were greeted outside the door. Hard to hear her and she took her wrath out on us because she had to come to the door to tell us it was open. Obviously didn't like her job. The rest of the staff was efficient and professional

I got excellent care when I broke a bone in my hand and visited this clinic. They treated me well they were efficient and they listened to me. I highly recommend this place.
