The doctor was very attentive and made certain my son’s injury was treated quickly and effectively.

Friendly staff and fast results. I made an appointment in the morning and had my PCR test results before they closed at 8pm. Easy check in and a sparkling clean waiting room.

When I got dehydrated from vomiting (source unknown), Better Med near Willow Law was a good choice. They checked blood, urine, heart, and then got me on IV fluid with medication for nausea. I was out in about an hour. Check in was very easy. I did it from the car while parked in front (hadn't thought to call ahead). Very thing was easy and very professional.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a healthcare facility. The nurse practitioner (Carrie Goodrich) was terrible. She was trying to convince me that I had the symptoms of COVID-19. She harassed me for 5-7 minutes about the symptoms. She was fully aware of the fact that I am a registered nurse manager that opened the COVID ICU unit in my hospital. Also that I later ran the surveillance clinic that screen all patients for COVID coming into my hospital too. I did not have a fever, I had not been around anyone with symptoms, nor had I been out of the country, etc. Only my nasal passages were sore due to allergies from visiting the botanical garden the previous weekend of which I wore my mask the entire time I was walking the trails. She knew all of this and she continued to act like an uneducated dipstick. After all of this, she had the audacity to bring me a liquid medication in a pill cup that I had no idea what it was because she did not prepare it in my presence, nor did she bring the container to the exam room I was in. She brought this medication in her bare unwashed hands. I refused the medication. After all this, she began trying to convince me again that I might have COVID. I said I was leaving. Then she started grandstanding by opening the door to the exam room speaking loudly to the staff at the nurses' station saying, "I don't have to put up with this maybe you can speak with our psych nurse." I told her maybe she should see the psych nurse and that she is a poor representation of a nurse. As I was leaving, I told her if she was really concerned about COVID she would wear her mask at all times. When I was taken to the exam room at 10:47 AM, I saw everyone in the nurses' station was being compliant with their company policy by wearing their mask on properly except her. She had her mask pulled down under her chin. She has control issues and she thinks she is a know-it-all. She should be suspended without pay for 2-4 weeks for her poor actions. I called the corporate office and complained. I do not know if any real actions were taken. I would not encourage anyone to use the services of that location as long as Carrie Goodrich is there, she is terrible.

Doctor, nurses, all personnel,,,,, so friendly, quick and knowledgeable!!!! Will def go back to this location when needed!!

I went to BetterMed on April 12,2021, thinking I had an intestinal reaction to eating some cherry tomatoes......I can't remember who I saw, but she examined me, ordered 3 RX from the open CVS, and made me promise that if I didn't get better SOON, I was to go to the closest ER..........sure enough, I didn't get better and ended up at the ER by the Hancock Village Walmart/Hobby Lobby....I was taken to Chippenham by ambulance and had surgery early Tuesday AM- had a bowel blockage-----hernia with strangulated small intestine---they removed 7" small intestine and 17 staples later I was back in my room and released April 17...........I am so thankful for the person who talked to me...........I was one sick puppy.....can't say enough kind words about BetterMeds care !
