The NP was great! This was my first visit to BetterMed and was seen very quickly.

I fell and broke my elbow and sprained my wrist and hand. The BetterMed staff was proficient and personable, and the facility was first class. I received good clear home care instructions until I later saw an orthopedic who confirmed the BetterMed diagnosis.

The operating hours are very convenient. So when, I can’t get into my regular doctor’s office BetterMed is available to help me maintain my health on my schedule.

Why not just tell us? I was left sitting in an exam room for over an hour. When I got up to leave without being seen as I was sick of sitting there in a room by myself I was told it was only one medical practitioner seeing everybody in the building. Why not just tell patients when they come in that there may be a wait longer than expected? Just be upfront and honest.If a patient chooses to wait then at least they know what they’re waiting for.
