Long wait. Few patients. No doctors present. Only one PA. No rx. OTC meds recommended totally ineffective.

My visit went quickly and I feel I have everything I need to get well. They asked questions to determine how long I was experiencing my symptoms and what I have been given previously. Then I was given meds and told to continue my same routine. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and I would definitely go back.

The PA and nurse diagnosed me with shingles and swabbed the site for verification. They said results usually take 3-5 days. It took 3 full weeks! And now the report says no shingles.

I do not like that the medical chair tables we lay on are not covered with disposable paper. There was a crusty stain on it when I was last there. Also, I often feel that the medical resolution or advice is not beneficial, and there could be more attention to detail when prescribing medications.

I was able to make an appointment on line which help make wait time less. So helpful when you are sick and not feeling well. The medical personnel are very professional .
