The in office care is generally very good. I do have issues with their charges however. They seem to be very high and, since they make you leave a credit card on file with them, they don't seem to see a need to show a statement. I haven't seen anything showing how much was charged overall, how much the insurance paid or anything. My deductible had been met long before I went here for any treatment, so my insurance should have paid almost everything and yet I had 2 very high charges to my credit card. What's also strange is the charges were almost identical. Since they don't let you see any of the billing, etc, I have no idea what these charges were for.

Fast and friendly

Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff. I was checked in with no issues and promptly taken back to a room. The Nurses, Dr and Xray staff were very professional and caring. I will definitely used better med if needed again in the future.

Went there with a simple outer eye infection, was giving inner eye meds, tried meds as directed and infection became worse. Called back to speak with someone for different meds, first was told to come back in for a follow up, paying for another visit of course but 5 minutes later was told to see my eye doctor as there was nothing more that could be done at there office. 175.00 out of pocket still have my outer eye infection.

The office is so clean, but most of all you are seen quickly and treated with great care.

I was registered quickly, saw a physicians assistant, was diagnosed and provided with prescriptions - all within 30 - 40 minutes. I went straight to my pharmacy from Better Med and my prescriptions were ready when I arrived. I was well when I finished the prescriptions schedules. Perfect.
